We are working with a large Company in Florida. This Company seeks an in-house temporary attorney with 10+ yrs. of litigation experience, particularly in construction, insurance, and/or real estate litigation.
- The attorney will assist in managing a more junior attorney along with paralegals
- Will provide legal advice and counsel for litigation/construction and contract dispute matters.
- Sound analysis of liability exposure, including opportunities for risk transfer, and litigating in established time frames and budgets to achieve overall strategic objectives
- Per Hour compensation is very competitive
Qualifications
- At least 10+ years of litigation experience - in commercial, construction defect, insurance, and/or real estate
- A membership in good standing with a State Bar, with strong academic and law firm credentials
